Personal Training: Through the Heart!

Our bodies are all uniquely different when it comes to the types of physical activities needed to successfully perform at our best and thrive while also safeguarding from overexertion/injury in the process. The time and effort you put in with regard to body awareness, core stability, flexibility, strength training, and muscle conditioning, will determine the level of improvement in your body as well as your artistic efforts overall. Choosing to enroll in my personal training program gives you full concentration on each component with every session. How often, how long, and the training specifics will vary based on your initial 50-minute consultation.

    • Equipment provided or minimal/no equipment exercises based on your accessibility and space

  • Monthly tips and FAQs

  • Option to pair your personal training with a health coaching component (a bundled package); this is highly encouraged
